Activation and status overview
This area allows admins to see:
- Which drivers have an activated driver app
- Which preferred navigation setting they have
- What device the driver is using
- The latest version of the driver app and if any drivers have apps that need to be updated
The table will show:
Column | Explanation |
---|---|
Name | The driver's name |
The driver's email where they can be sent routes | |
Activation Key |
The activation key for the driver. This can either show:
Learn more about activating and deactivating the driver app. |
Mobile app status |
This column tells you if the key is in use or not.
Learn more about activating and deactivating the driver app. |
App Version | This shows the app version the driver is actively using. In case of outdated apps, the Administration menu will show a red dot and there will be a warning on the top of the table. |
Device OS | This shows the operating system the app is running on. |
Navigation |
This column shows the navigation the driver is using in their app. This column can also be used to set the preferred navigation for drivers by clicking directly on the “Navigation” column and choosing the preferred navigation from the dropdown:
If the driver changes their default navigation settings from their app, this view will be updated to reflect the driver’s choice. |
When the navigation option appears in italics and grayed out, for example "OptimoRoute Navigation ", this means the setting has not yet been applied because either the driver is not online yet or the driver app version is too old. |
