Copy or duplicate routes

Reuse an existing route on another day without rebuilding it from scratch. Copying a route keeps the same driver assignment and stop sequence on the new date. This article shows you how to copy routes to another day.

Copying routes

Copy routes when you have similar work on another day and want to reuse an existing plan instead of rebuilding the routes. The copied routes keep the same driver assignments and stop sequence, giving you a starting point that you can adjust as needed.

You can copy routes after they have been planned.

To copy routes:

1. Go to "Plan and Optimize"
2. Open the “Routes” tab.
3. Select the routes you want to copy
4. Click "Copy routes"
5. Select the date you want them to be copied to
6. Click "Copy routes" to confirm

Now those routes will be copied to the new day with the same driver and stop sequence. You can always switch the driver if needed. 

You can also copy individual orders instead of whole routes.
