OptimoRoute is available in countries around the world and supports multiple languages for dispatchers, drivers, and customer tracking pages. In this article, you’ll learn which languages are available and how to change the language for each part of OptimoRoute.
Changing language in the web app
The OptimoRoute web app is available in 11 languages:
- Arabic
- Croatian
- English
- French
- German
- Italian
- Polish
- Portuguese
- Russian
- Spanish
- Thai
Language settings are set per user. You can choose a language when you add new users or when editing existing users.
Change a user’s language
To change the language for an existing user:
- Go to “Administration → Users” from the top menu.
- Select the user you want to update.
- Choose a language from the dropdown.
- Click “Save.”

Changing language in the driver app
The OptimoRoute Driver app is available in 25 languages. Drivers can choose their preferred language directly in the app.

To change the language of the driver app:
- Open the OptimoRoute Driver app on your mobile phone
- Click “Settings” in the bottom right corner of the app
- Click “Language” under the application settings
- Choose the language
Changes are automatically saved and applied.
Changing language on tracking pages
The order tracking page is available in 27 languages and can be changed in the order tracking settings in the web app:

To change the language of the order tracking page:
- Go to Administration→Settings from the top menu
- Choose “Order Tracking” from the left menu
- Make sure order tracking is enabled
- Choose the language you want to appear in your tracking pages
- Click "Save"
