What does locking routes do?
When a route is locked, it is excluded from re-planning. This allows dispatchers to finalize routes once planning is complete and prevent changes when re-optimizing or adjusting other routes.
Locking routes
You can lock a route from the driver panel or from the routes tab.
To do this:
- Go to “Plan and Optimize”
- Go to the driver panel or the routes tab
- Click on the lock icon next to the driver of the route you want to lock
You can unlock a route by clicking the lock icon again.
