The “Distance Traveled” report compares the actual distance your drivers traveled with their planned route distances over a selected period. This article explains how to read the report and export the data.

What is the Distance Traveled report?
The Distance Traveled report compares the planned and actual distances your drivers traveled over a selected period. This analytics report shows:
Which drivers worked during the selected period
The actual distance each driver traveled
The planned distance for each driver
Accessing the report
To open the Distance Traveled report:
- Go to the "Analytics" tab
- Choose "Distance Traveled" from the left menu
Filtering report data
Use the filters to choose which drivers and dates appear in the report and how the data is displayed.
Time range
Select the date range you want to view using "Time range". You can view up to 30 days of data at a time.
Driver selection
Select one or more drivers to view and compare their planned and actual distances over the selected period.
Group by driver or date
Choose how to group the data in the chart:
Driver – View planned and actual distances for each driver.
Date – View total planned and actual distances for each date.
Export chart data
You can export the chart data using your selected filters. The exported report reflects the selected time range, drivers, and “Driver” or “Date” grouping.
