The "Time Worked" report allows you to see how many hours your drivers actually worked vs. the planned time over a particular period of time. In this article, we will explain this report and show you how to export this data.

What is the Time Worked report?
This analytics report will show a comparison of the planned vs. actual time your drivers were working over a period of time. This report shows:
- Drivers that worked during the dates selected
- How long each of them actually worked during that time
- What the planned length of their work time was during that time
Accessing the report
To access this report:
- Go to the "Analytics" tab
- Choose "Time Worked" from the left menu
Drilling down
To see more specific data in the report you can choose some of the following filters:
Time range
Use the time range selection to choose the time period you want to view. You can view up to 30 days of data at a time.
Driver selection
Select individual drivers or a set of drivers to compare across a time period.
Segment by "Driver" or "Date"
Choose how the graph data is shown by selecting either:
- "Driver" to show the hours broken down by driver
- "Date" to show a summary of all hours broken down by each date
Export chart data
You can also export chart data. This will generate a report based on the filters you have applied to the chart including the "Driver" and "Date" segmentation.
