What is the Time Worked report?
The "Time Worked" report compares your drivers’ planned work hours with their actual work hours over a selected date range.
This analytics report shows:
Which drivers worked during the selected period
How many hours each driver actually worked
How many hours each driver was scheduled to work
Accessing the report
To access the "Time Worked" report:
- Go to the "Analytics" tab
- Choose "Time Worked" from the left menu
Filter report data
Use filters to choose which data appears in the Time Worked report. You can filter by date range, drivers, and how the data is grouped.
Select a date range
Choose the time period you want to view using "Time range". You can view up to 30 days of data at a time.
Select drivers
Choose one or more drivers to compare their planned and actual work hours during the selected period.
Group data by driver or date
Choose how the chart groups your data:
Driver: Shows work hours for each driver.
Date: Shows total work hours for each date.
Export chart data
You can export the chart data using your selected filters. The exported report reflects your date range, selected drivers, and whether the chart is grouped by “Driver” or “Date.”
