OptimoRoute Realtime Order Tracking allows you to send text message notifications to provide accurate arrival times and keep your customers updated of any changes in real time. In order to send these text messages, you need credits. In this article, we will explain how to add these credits to your account.

About text messaging notifications
Realtime Order Tracking is a feature in OptimoRoute that allows you to keep your customers up to date with their order status and estimated time of arrival. This feature includes:
- Customizable templates for different text and email notification types
- A live tracking link that updates in real-time
- Ability to automatically share Proof of Delivery with customers
- Customer feedback template to request ratings from customers
Text messaging is one of the notification types. To send notification via SMS, you need to have credits.

Text message rates depend on the destination country. For detailed pricing information please check the pricing list.
Adding and reviewing credits
To add text message credits:
- Go to Administration→Billing
- Scroll down to the "Text/SMS Credits" section
- Select the number of credits you want to add
- Click "Add credits"
From this screen you can also review your remaining credits and set up automatic recharging of credits when funds run low.
If you’re paying by check, electronic bank or wire transfers, reach out to support in order to add credits to your plan. |
You can also view remaining credits by going to Settings→Order Tracking and going to the "Notifications & Live ETA display" section where you set up customer notifications.
