Before a driver can skip a stop, the admin must give them permissions to do so by allowing drivers to override the default schedule (start service out of sequence). |
Skipping or overriding a stop
Once the admin has allowed the driver to be able to override the default schedule, you as a driver can skip a stop by using the "Override" button. To do this:
- Go to your "To do" list in the driver app
- Choose the order you want to service
- Click the "Override" button
You may need to confirm that you want to perform this action. Once you have done that, you can now service this order. Any previous orders will remain on your to-do list in their original sequence.
