Rescheduling orders
Rescheduling orders allows you to maintain a history of the order and accurate analytics about a particular route. Rescheduling can be done when the order has a status of failed, rejected, or cancelled.
To reschedule an order:
- Go to the "Plan and Optimize" tab
- Select the orders you want to reschedule
- Click "Reschedule orders"
- Choose the date you want to reschedule the orders on
- Optionally assign a driver to the orders
- Click "Reschedule"
Now these orders will be rescheduled to the new date. A copy will remain on the original date, and the new order will have all the characteristics of the original order including notes. Each order will also have a "Scheduling history" where you can see how many times an order has been rescheduled.
You cannot reschedule orders that have already been rescheduled or those who have a "Completed", "Scheduled", or "Unscheduled" order status. |
Viewing the scheduling history
Each order that has been rescheduled will have a "Scheduling history" where you can see all the times an order has been rescheduled and by who.
To view the scheduling history:
- Go to the "Plan and Optimize" tab
- Open an order that has been rescheduled
- Find and click "Scheduling history" on the left menu
Now you will see an overview of the times that order has been rescheduled including:
- The order ID
- The date it is/was scheduled to be completed
- The order status
- The assigned driver
- Who rescheduled the order
- The date and time the rescheduling of the order was performed
