Customize branding of tracking page ETA display

You can customize your order tracking page with your company logo and brand colors. This helps customers recognize your business and keeps the tracking experience consistent with your brand. This article explains how to update your tracking page branding.

Who can use this feature
	All Pro and Custom plans
	Users that have administrator privileges
	All regions

Adding a logo

The tracking page can display your logo in the top left corner. To add your logo to the tracking pages: 

1. Go to Administration→Settings 
2. Then find the "Order tracking" section
3. Make sure order tracking is enabled
4. Under the "General" settings, find "Company logo"
5. Click "Change logo"
6. Add your logo in either JPG, PNG, or GIF (must be less than 100KB)
7. Click "Save"

Now your logo will appear on order tracking pages. 


 

Customizing ETA display colors

You can change the ETA display colors to match your branding.

To customize the colors:

1. Go to Administration→Settings 
2. Then find the "Order tracking" section
3. Make sure order tracking is enabled
4. Under the "General" settings, find "Colors"
5. Click "Customize Colors"
6. Choose the colors you want to change
7. Click "Save"

When you click "Customize colors" a window will appear where you can choose different colors for your order tracking page. 

Once you choose the colors, close the window and click "Save". Then your colors will be applied to your tracking pages.
