Configure the order details shown in the driver app

As an administrator, you have the ability to control what information is shown to drivers in the OptimoRoute Driver app as well as the sequence in which it's shown. In this article, we'll explain how to do this.

Who can use this feature
	All  plans
	Users that have administrator privileges
	All regions

Choose order information shown

To change what information is shown to your drivers: 

1. Go to Administration→Settings
2. Then in the left menu, Driver app→Configuration
3. Find the section "Order details"
4. Use the toggles to show or hide information
5. Select how you want this information displayed to the driver
6. Click "Save"

Information display

You can choose how you want your fields to be displayed to your driver: 

• Text
• Email
• Phone
• Link (URL)

Tip: Use the "Link (URL)" option to add attachments for your drivers like photos or documents.

Reorder information

This information can also be rearranged so that the most relevant information for your drivers is at the top. To do this, just drag and drop the fields into the position you want them in. 

1. Go to Administration→Settings
2. Then in the left menu, Driver app→Configuration
3. Find the section "Order details"
4. Drag and drop the information into the desired position
5. Click "Save"
