View completed proof of delivery
There are two ways you can view the "Order details" window with information collected for each order on the current date or any date in the past:
- In the "Live" tab: Double click on the order in the Order grid.
- In the "Analytics" tab: Go to Plan History and double click on the order in the Order grid.
If proof of delivery has been completed on an order, the column "Proof of Delivery" will show icons indicating which items the order includes, like notes, signatures, photos, or barcodes.

- From the left menu, choose “Order Tracking”
- Scroll down to find the section "Proof of delivery"
- Choose to "Show proof of delivery"
