Routes can be exported to an Excel spreadsheet so that they can be shared or used for reporting. In this article, we will show you how to export your routes and what types of Excel exports are available.

Exporting routes
To export your routes to Excel:
- Go to the "Plan and Optimize" tab
- Choose a date with routes planned
- Click the blue "Share Routes" button under the map
- From the dropdown, choose "Excel export"
- Choose one of the format options
- Choose if you want to export all shown routes, or those from a specific range
- Click "Export routes"

There are four formats for exporting routes to Excel:
- For printing
- Raw data
- Route summary
- Custom raw data
For printing
This Excel output will give you a readable format that you can use for printing and sharing with your drivers. This format includes:
- Each driver’s route summary on a separate sheet
- Link to Google Maps to view the route summary in your browser
This export includes the following data:
- Address
- Capacity Labels
- Custom Fields
- Customer
- Customer ID
- Date
- Driver
- Duration
- Location Name
- Location ID
- Notes
- Order ID
- Phone
- Scheduled at
- Stop number
- Time windows
- Vehicle
Raw data
This Excel output will give you all the data for all the routes in a single sheet and includes the following information in a single sheet:
- Capacity Labels
- Custom Fields
- Customer
- Customer ID
- Date
- Driver
- Driver Serial Number
- Due date
- Duration
- Latitude
- License plate number
- Location Name
- Location ID
- Longitude
- Notes
- Order ID
- Order Type
- Phone
- Route date
- Route distance
- Scheduled at
- Stop number
- Time windows
- Travel Time
- Travel Time [seconds]
- Vehicle Label
Route summary
This Excel output gives you the option to choose to export only the shown routes or routes from a given date range and includes the following information in a single sheet:
- Driver
- Serial number
- License plate number
- Vehicle Label
- Start date
- End date
- Day of week
- # stops
- Start time
- End time
- Break
- Capacities
- Distance
- Duration
Custom raw data
This output gives you the option to choose the information you want to export. When you choose this option, a dialog will appear where the columns in your order table will be automatically chosen.
With this export option you can:
- Add columns
- Remove columns
- Rename columns
- Reorder columns
- Save last export settings
